What a great concept It's a very well constructed piece. Although I tend to shy away from making criticisms of others work here on DA (especialy those, like yourself and your wife, who are far better at the craft than I am) I would like to make a tiny one. I think there's a bit too much "white light". Especially in the middle third of the image. It takes away from the depth of the image. Even lowering the brightness of my monitor, it's hard to tell that's a bird in the middle, and not an errant shadow. It's just my two cents for what it's worth. Having said that - it's still a brilliant piece. Bravo, my friend... bravo!
